We offer several UAV implementations of our UAV frameworks optimized, integrated, and customized for the most varied applications.

We offer platforms by Aerofoundry, and third-party airframes for specific uses not available from our UAV model line.

All our UAV are produced with highest quality carbon fiber, reinforced with Kevlar, and all electronics, including the navigation system are all tested and validated before delivery.

Each UAV is delivered with a flight certificate associated to its serial number, and a Flight & Maintenance Manual. The Warranty covers operations following procedures in that Manual.

Aircraft

1. Yaró: long endurance, mid-high altitude, long-range, fast UAV.
2. Texo: family of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) in two models:
   • Texo-e: smaller, electric unit for urban operations, and
   • Texo 150: hybrid version with 150kg MTOW, for logistics cargo.
3. Köpari: medium altitude, Long-endurance (MALE), and.

Köpari (Hawk in Yanomami language) is an aircraft designed for rapid-deployment in rugged operational conditions, manufactured following strict standards with carbon fiber and aramide.

Köpari is slim, light, and aerodynamically efficient. Manufactured in Hexcel carbon fiber, and Kevlar, and powered by a high-end fuel-injected engine.

This airframe offers a versatile payload bay space capacity and high payload/airframe weight ration. The airframe architecture makes this aircraft an easy and fast to manufacture, reducing costs of acquisition and maintenance.

Rugged and reliable, proven in the harshest operational environments. Be it in tropical rainforests, savannahs or deserts, you can rely on Aerofoundry’s Köpari to get the job done.

This is a very light, easy to assemble UAS designed upon de experience acquired from our Yaró 450 and 400 models, and is our airframe optimization response to payload miniaturization and increased operational requirements in this segment.

This highly dependable aircraft is designed for ruggedness, easy assembly, servicing and maintenance, and can be deployed by a team of two servicemen in 30 minutes (depending on its payload configuration). The entire turnaround process, from recovery to re-launch, takes less than 15 minutes.

A body length payload compartment with three covers, for easy access to the different payload components, distributed electric sockets, and wide pipes for extra wiring and fiber optics.

Texo (Hummingbird in Amazon Yanomami language) is a cutting-edge Tandem, Tiltwing VTOL Aircraft.

This aircraft concept is optimized for operationally complex missions, where aircraft logistics are constrained, hovering is sometimes required, and payload distribution could affect position of center of gravity, as is the case of cargo hauling.

Hybrid-electric

Powered by a hybrid-electric system, where the combustion engine powers eight distributed electric engines, and keeps backup batteries charged.

Distributed propulsion

1. Electric multiengine propulsion along the wings, offers higher propulsion efficiency, and gliding performance.
2. Eight distributed smaller engines, with higher thrust to weight ratio, adding safety in redundancy, and cheaper to acquire, service, and replace.

Tandem wings have a wide gap within which the Center of Gravity can shift, enabling great flexibility for cargo load and distribution. In addition, tandem wings increase lifting, stability, control, and trim.

Why multiengine propulsion?

The multiengine electric propulsion located along the wings, offers higher propulsion efficiency, and gliding performance, enabling a distributed air flow, reducing the effect of transversal winds.

Yaró 150 HLS is a light tactical (Class II) 150kg MTOW version, designed for the US market, tightly following NATO STANAG 4703/AEP-83 standards; and Yaró 150 LE is the non-restricted exports version, configured for international sales.This Tier I very light airframe is designed to be at the top of its Class in payload capacity, cruise and maximum speed, and endurance.

Both versions are designed for long-endurance, day and night, all-weather ISR/ISTAR, ELINT, and advance multi-sensor remote sensing applications. Yaró 150 has two underwing hardpoints for pods or pylons.

The main task of this AI-driven aircraft configuration is to create an Information Dominance (ID) ‘bubble’. Yaró has a tropicalized version for hot hyper arid deserts called Saqr (نسر).

Buuma is very light, sturdy, and designed for short takeoffs, and bumpy landings, aiming at maximizing payload capacity. It is carried in a trailer, and quickly assembled in the field.
